The differences between hardcover book printing and softcover book printing

Hardcover covers book printing are usually hard shell or leather, which seems to be stronger than paperback books. But blood and tears experience tells me that if I can't be careful every time I read, paperback books are easier to keep than hardcover books. The biggest problem of hardcover bookprinting is that the cover is easy to bump, and the combination of cover and page is not firm. Nowadays, many so-called hardcover books are of poor quality.

If you look at portability, hardcover book printing have no advantage.

For portable reading, the cover of hardcover book printing is quite cumbersome. When I was in college, I usually carried a messenger bag with me, carrying two or three hardcover books. I was so tired that I was careful not to knock. Paperback books are much easier. It doesn't matter if you put them in a bag.
