Fraudulent Activities by Former Personnel Misrepresenting Shanghai KS-Printing

To all customers, business partners, authors, publishers, and other parties working with Shanghai KS-Printing:

Shanghai KS-Printing hereby issues this official public notice regarding a serious case of fraudulent activity involving several former internal personnel who have unlawfully used their previous positions, business relationships, and information obtained during their employment to misrepresent themselves as representatives of Shanghai KS-Printing and to mislead our customers.
上海 KS- Printing 特此发布此正式公告，涉及一起严重的欺诈行为。几位前内部人员非法利用他们之前的职位、商业关系以及任职期间获得的信息，伪装自己为上海 KS- Printing 的代表，从而误导我们的客户。

We would like to sincerely thank all of our customers and business partners for your continued trust, cooperation, and efforts to help us identify and address this matter. Please be aware that the individuals involved may have changed the names they commonly use, their contact email addresses, telephone numbers, or the companies and bank accounts through which they conduct business. Therefore, if you have any uncertainty whatsoever regarding the identity of a person contacting you, a payment request, a company name, a bank account, or any other business instruction purportedly connected with Shanghai KS-Printing, please contact our official company email at info@shksprinting.com for independent verification before taking any action.

We consider this matter extremely serious and are publishing the following information to protect our customers and business partners from further financial loss or fraudulent transactions.

1. Individuals Involved

Based on our internal investigation and the evidence currently available to the company, the following three former personnel have been identified as being involved in the activities under investigation:

· Viola 

· Ronald

· Andreas

These individuals are no longer employees, representatives, agents, or authorized business partners of Shanghai KS-Printing.

They have no authority whatsoever to represent Shanghai KS-Printing, negotiate orders on behalf of Shanghai KS-Printing, receive payments on behalf of Shanghai KS-Printing, issue quotations or invoices in our name, or communicate with customers as representatives of our company.

Please note that the names listed above may not be the only names currently being used by these individuals.

2. Third-Party Company Used in the Fraudulent Activities

The individuals identified above have been found to be associated with and/or using the following third-party company in connection with the activities under investigation:

Shanghai KS-Printing has no ownership, corporate affiliation, partnership, agency relationship, or business relationship that authorizes this company to represent Shanghai KS-Printing.
上海 KS-印刷有限公司并未拥有任何授权，以代表上海 KS-印刷有限公司的资格或关系。

Our investigation indicates that this company was registered in June 2026 and was established way after the individuals involved had already been working with Shanghai KS-Printing.
我们的调查表明，这家公司注册于 2026 年 6 月，其成立时间明显晚于那些相关人员开始在上海 KS-Printing 公司工作的时间。

Based on the information currently available to us, the company does not have employees formally registered under its name in the relevant records available to our investigation and appears to have been used as a third-party vehicle for conducting business and receiving customer payments.

Please also be aware that the individuals involved may have established, used, or may subsequently use other companies, corporate names, or bank accounts. Any company other than Shanghai KS-Printing must therefore not be assumed to be authorized by us simply because it is presented to you by a person claiming to have previously worked with our company.

We strongly and expressly warn all customers and business partners:

DO NOT transfer any money to Viola, Ronald, Andreas, Shanghai Jiangxi Cultural Creativity Co., Ltd., or any other third-party account provided by these individuals in connection with an order purportedly placed with Shanghai KS-Printing.

This bank account is NOT a bank account of Shanghai KS-Printing and is NOT authorized to receive payments on behalf of Shanghai KS-Printing.

Please note that this is not necessarily the only third-party account that has been used or provided to customers.
请注意，这并不一定是唯一一个被提供给客户的第三方账户。

If anyone claiming to represent Shanghai KS-Printing asks you to change our previously established payment instructions, make payment to a different company, or transfer funds to an account other than an officially confirmed Shanghai KS-Printing account, please do not make the payment until you have independently verified the instruction with us.
如果有人声称代表上海 KS-Printing，要求您更改我们之前确定的付款方式，或者将资金支付给其他公司，或者将资金转入非上海 KS-Printing 官方认可的账户，那么在您与我们确认相关情况之前，请不要进行任何付款。

4. Customers in Multiple Countries Have Been Affected

Our investigation has identified fraudulent activities involving customers and business contacts of Shanghai KS-Printing in multiple countries, including France, Germany, and the United States.

The fraudulent activities identified so far include, but are not limited to:

• Misrepresenting themselves as representatives or authorized personnel of Shanghai KS-Printing;

• Contacting existing or potential Shanghai KS-Printing customers using information obtained through their previous employment;

• Directing customers to make payments to third-party companies or bank accounts;

• Providing customers with services that were not authorized or fulfilled by Shanghai KS-Printing;
  如果上海 KS-Printing 没有权限或没有义务提供某些服务，那么就不应该向客户提供这些服务。
• Supplying products that did not correspond to the quality, specifications, or services originally represented to customers;
  提供与客户最初所描述的质量、规格或服务不符的产品；
• Using the name, business reputation, customer relationships, and prior business information of Shanghai KS-Printing to gain customers' trust.

These activities have caused financial and commercial risks to customers and have also seriously damaged the reputation and legitimate business interests of Shanghai KS-Printing. 

5. Shanghai KS-Printing Discovered and Acted Upon the Misconduct 

We want to make one point absolutely clear: 

Although the individuals involved were previously internal personnel of Shanghai KS-Printing, the company discovered the irregularities and took serious internal action once the relevant activities came to our attention. 

The individuals concerned have been removed from any connection with Shanghai KS-Printing and have no current authority or relationship with our company.  

Shanghai KS-Printing does not authorize these individuals or the above-mentioned third-party company to conduct any business on our behalf. 

We are currently pursuing the matter through the appropriate legal channels in China. We are also collecting relevant evidence and information concerning affected customers, transactions, communications, payment accounts, and related companies.6. How to Verify Whether You Are Dealing with Shanghai KS-PrintingTo protect yourself from fraudulent transactions, please verify directly with us if you have any concerns regarding: 

• Payment instructions; 
• Bank account changes; 
• Quotations or invoices; 
• Purchase orders;

• Changes in contact persons;

• Any person claiming to represent Shanghai KS-Printing;
